Terms of Service

All Intertexture Content is strictly for personal, non-commercial use only. The restrictions in this section do not limit any rights expressly grant to an Author under an applicable Agreement for Publication, or any uses of content that are otherwise permitted by applicable law.

You may retrieve and display Intertexture Content from the Website on a computer screen or mobile device, print individual pages on paper (but not photocopy them) and store such pages in electronic form on your computer or mobile device for your personal, non-commercial use. Except as expressly permitted above, you may not reproduce, copy, republish, broadcast, transmit, modify or in any way commercially exploit any Intertexture Content. In particular, but without limiting the general application of the restrictions in the previous sentence, you may not do any of the following without prior written permission from Intertexture:

• reproduce or store in or transmit to any other website, newsgroup, mailing list, electronic bulletin board, server or other storage device connected to a network or regularly or systematically store in electronic or print form, all or any part of the Intertexture Content; or

• modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, reproduce, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, display, or in any way exploit all or any part of the Intertexture Content (including as part of any library, archive or similar service);

• use or permit the use, whereby automated means or otherwise, of any software, tool or other device (including, but not limited to robots, crawlers, spiders or scripts) on the Website, or otherwise on Intertexture in order to copy, collect or scrape on Intertexture Content (other than any such use by a public search engine for the sole purpose of providing direct, non-amalgamated links to Intertexture that do not include any generative or derivative works based on or including Intertexture Content);

• conduct data mining on, apply machine learning tools or models to, or train machine learning tools or models or any other artificial intelligence technology on, any Intertexture Content; or

• use artificial intelligence tools or models for the purposes of generating text, images or any other material, output or derivative works based on or using Intertexture Content.

Any use of Intertexture Content not specifically permitted above is expressly prohibited. Requests for permission for other uses may be sent to Admin@Intertexture.co.uk.

You are responsible for all content you post.

The Website may include comment features that allow feedback to Intertexture Content and interaction between users and Intertexture’s representatives (“Comments”). While Intertexture does not control the information/materials posted to Comments by users (the “Messages”), it reserves the right (which it may exercise at its sole discretion without notice) to delete, move or edit the Messages and to terminate your access to and use of the Comments.

You are solely responsible for the content of your Messages. You must comply with any rules posted by Intertexture on the Comments. You may not:

• Post, link to or otherwise publish any Messages containing material that is obscene, racist, homophobic or sexist or that contains any form of hate speech;

• Post, link to or otherwise publish any Messages that infringe copyright;

• Post, link to or otherwise publish any Messages that are illegal, libellous, defamatory or may prejudice ongoing legal proceedings or breach a court injunction or other order;

• Post, link to or otherwise publish any Messages that are abusive, threatening or make any form of personal attack on another user or a team member of Intertexture;

• Post the same Messages, or very similar Messages, repeatedly;

• Post or otherwise publish any Messages unrelated to the Comments or the Comments’ topic;

• Post, link to or otherwise publish any Messages containing any form of advertising or promotion for goods and services or any chain Messages or “spam”;

• Post, link to or otherwise publish any Messages with recommendations to buy or refrain from buying a particular security or which contain confidential information of another party or which otherwise have the purpose of affecting the price or value of any security;

• Disguise the origin of any Messages;

• Impersonate any person or entity (including Intertexture team members or Comments guests or hosts) or misrepresent any affiliation with any person or entity;

• Post or transmit any Messages that contain software viruses, files or code designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of the Website or any computer software or equipment, or any other harmful component;

• Collect or store other users' personal data; and/or

• Restrict or inhibit any other user from using the Comments.

Responsibility for User-Generated Content

You are responsible for the Messages you submit and for ensuring that the comply with these Terms. Any liability arising from a Message, including any obligation to compensate Intertexture for losses or expenses, is subject to applicable law and the scope of liability provision that applies to relevant conduct.

Intertexture has no control over individuals posting Messages on any Comments. Intertexture cannot guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of any Messages. Some users may breach these terms and post Messages that are misleading, untrue or offensive. You must bear all risk associated with your use of the Comments and should not rely on Messages when you make (or refrain from making) any specific investment or other decision.

By submitting a Message, you grant Intertexture the rights expressly set out in these Terms to host, display, reproduce and moderate that Message. This does not transfer ownership of copyright in the Message to Intertexture. Any consent or waiver concerning moral rights must be expressly stated and limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

It is not possible for Intertexture to fully and effectively monitor the infringement of third-party rights by Messages. If you believe that any content infringes your legal rights, you should notify Intertexture immediately by contacting our Admin@Intertexture.co.uk.

Articles accepted for publication by Intertexture are subject to the Agreement for Publication (“Agreement”) between Intertexture and the relevant Author. Where the Agreement for Publication applies, it governs the rights granted in the Article and takes precedence over these Terms to the extent of any inconsistence concerning that Article.

Where you are invited to submit any contribution to Intertexture (including any listings, text, photographs, graphics, video or audio) grant Intertexture a non-exclusive royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, display, distribute, adapt and otherwise use your Contribution to the extent reasonably necessary to operate the Website and carry out the purposes for which the Contribution was submitted. Intertexture may authorise its service providers and other third parties acting on its behalf to exercise these rights where reasonably necessary for those purposes. Any such authorisation shall be limited to the rights granted to Intertexture under these terms. The licence does not transfer ownership of copyright in your Contribution to Intertexture. Articles accepted for publication are governed by the applicable Agreement for Publication.

We may also remove your contribution at any time at our sole discretion. If you do not want to grant to Intertexture the rights set out above, please do not submit your contribution to Intertexture.

When you submit a Contribution to Intertexture, you warrant that you have the right and authority to submit it and to grant the rights set out in these Terms. Where your Contribution includes material created by another person, you must identify that material where appropriate and ensure that you have obtained any permissions required for its intended use, or that another lawful basis permits that use. You further warrant that, to the best of your knowledge and belief, your Contribution does not unlawfully infringe the rights of a third party or contain defamatory material. Articles accepted to publication are subject to the representations and warranties in the applicable Agreement for Publication.

Responsibility for Contributions

You warrant that you have the rights and authority necessary to submit your Contribution and to grant the rights expressly set out in these Terms. You are responsible for losses arising from a material breach of this warranty to the extent provided by applicable law and any applicable limitation of liability.

The Terms distinguish between User-Generated content which covers Messages and the use of Comments; Articles submitted for publication by Intertexture. Changes to the Terms of Service do not automatically amend an existing Agreement for Publication. Any Agreement should follow the procedure specified in that Agreement.
